This completely remodeled and updated coastal unit is ready for you to enjoy the best of both worlds - the sound and the ocean! Views of the sound from the room. Enjoy the breeze on the deck or from the common spaces. Or just relax at the pool. See additional details below about boats. Fishing and walks on the beach are always rewarding not to mention the sunrises and the sunsets. The ocean is a three minute walk with easy access. Walk to restaurants, movies, and shopping.

Sound side, beautiful second floor condo, with access to a delightful beach, only a 3 minute walk away, right across the street via an easy public access. Includes a pool, outdoor grills, space for kids to run around, and free parking. Walking distance to a couple restaurants/shops and close to all Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle, Morehead City, and Beaufort have to offer. Come enjoy your stay at the Southern Outer Banks!
Well appointed kitchen and a full bath. Very comfortable queen-size bed, plus a sofa for additional sleeping space. While it can accommodate up to four people, for this 300 square foot space, a maximum of three adults is recommended. Two adults with one child or two smaller children is also OK for this space. Coffee, teas, linens, towels, and beach towels provided for your convenience.
You can relax with high-speed internet, cable TV, along with an easy beach life. Great place to stay for that quiet vacation getaway to the coast!
You'll have full private access to the entire studio condo, along with shared community amenities, such as the pool, the yards, the walk-to beach, gazebo, picnic tables, deck, and a great community on the island!
Note: We welcome nice, responsible humans of all races, ethnicities, origins, genders, orientations, and religions!

Our Kayak ramp is free. Guests who wish to bring a boat are permitted access to the boat ramp for a $150 fee for up to 7 days of use. Boat ramp fees are NOT INCLUDED with the AirBnB rental. This will be an extra fee, payable directly to the host and is completely separate from the booking payment. Guests who plan to bring a boat MUST email a copy of the boat insurance prior to arrival for access.
There are 4 boat slips available for guests and passes will be needed for access.
NOTE: Guests cannot use the boat ramp or docks during the following blackout dates: July 4th week (Sat-Sat). Memorial Day Week (Sat-Sat) Labor Day week (Sat-Sat). Seafood festival week (Sat-Sat) Big Rock week (Sat-Sat)
Boats may be kept on the grounds only while renting the unit, you may not bring your boat early or leave it beyond your stay.

The complex is just across the street from the beach, with direct access. Grab your towel and beach chair and take the short (3 minute) stroll across the street to the beach. In close proximity to Atlantic Beach Boardwalk, Morehead City, Beaufort, and Emerald Isle Beach. NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is just down the road. Short drive to tons of area attractions and only about 40 minutes to historic New Bern.

This rental is for the whole unit, so we will not be on-site. We do have a place in Morehead City, but we travel a lot, so we may or may not be around during your stay. If we're not around, we also have friends in the area who are able to help out.
