Tranquil and private, a beautiful Macrocapa post and beam house overlooking the gorgeous Kerikeri Inlet. A haven for relaxation surrounded by native birds, including kiwis, tuis, fantails and wood pigeons, all living on the property. Enjoy a wine on the veranda and watch the boats go by or grab a meal at the Kerikeri Cruising Club which is just 5 mins away. (weekends only) Plenty of room to park the boat plus two launching ramps, a ski lane and a safe swimming beach within a few minutes drive.

We are just 15 minutes from Kerikeri and all it has to offer .Plenty of chilled out spaces to enjoy in the acre and a half of landscaped gardens, both front and back of the house. Including the fairy garden and unique short bush walk among the pongas and nikaus.
Three double bedrooms with queen size beds, a cot also in one of the upstairs rooms and a few kids’ toys but please be aware the verandas are not fenced so children need to be watched. Outside there is a two car carport, BBQ, smoke house and plenty of options for relaxing on the decks or on one of the sheltered lawn spaces. The vege garden will provide an array of organically grown herbs, fresh lettuce and seasonal fruit and veges.
