The large living space will give you a chance to stretch out, put your feet up and breathe in Bruny Island's stunning natural beauty. Meet the local wallaby in the backyard and pick fruit from the abundant garden.

'Serena House' has exceptional eco features without sparing any guest comfort. From solar panels, solar hot water, rain water tanks, Eco bricks, double glazing, zero VOC paint, natural timbers, slate and 100% wool carpets our sustainable home provides all your needs in a beautiful bush setting.

Serena House is yours exclusively for your stay. The outdoor studio does not form part of the booking and is simply used by us for storage, so you'll have complete privacy on our double block.
Base pricing is on the assumption of a couple only using the master bedroom. In addition, our nominal per person rate of only $50 is based on the assumption of 2 further guests using a queen room = $100 per room per night.
Our single room is for one or two guests at the rate of $50 per guest.
If any one guest would like to use a queen room, the extra cost is $100.
