Have an enjoyable and relaxing stay in our house while exploring the island of Cebu or visiting family and friends. Our house is located in Zen Residences of Vizkaya - a safe, guarded, private and family friendly subdivision in Minglanilla, Cebu. It is a fully furnished 3 bedrooms house with all aircons in the 3 bedrooms and in the living/dining area, 3 toilets and bath, hot and cold shower, fibr optic wifi and cable tv. The pool is just accross the house so you can dip anytime you like.

You have the whole house for yourself, family and guests. The house is fully furnished, with fast internet, cable tv and kitchen is fully equipped.
Bedroom 1 - Queen Size Bed with orthopedic mattress, with own toilet and Bath, with aircon
Bedroom 2 - 2 Single beds, with aircon
Bedroom 3 - 2 single beds, with aircon
3 Toilet and Bath (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs)
With hot and cold shower.
High quality towels and linens are provided. Extra linens are provided for more than 3 nights stay. There is a washing machine for your laundry. There is parking, garden and space outside for outdoor dining.
Crib with linens and blanket, stroller/pram can be provided upon request. We have story books and toys to keep your young ones entertained while you are catching up with family and friends.
Complimentary upon arrival:
Fruits, biscuits, coffee
Soap and shampoo
toilet paper in 3 toilets
Gallon of water in the dispenser
Pantry staples such as salt, pepper, sugar and other condiments
Dishwashing liquid, cleaning stuff
Rate of 2,500 Pesos per night plus actual electricity consumption. We do this as number of guests differ. The house is fully airconditioned so fewer guests consume less electricity than having more guests. Electricity bill will be computed based on actual consumption. Upon check in and check-out, the electricity meter will be read. A deposit of 500 pesos per night will be collected upon arrival. Any excess will be refunded upon check out.
We suggest to switch off the aircon if nobody is in the room/house. Average daily consumption is around 150-600 Pesos per night depending on the use of aircon.
We can facilitate airport/port pick up and drop off, car or van rental at reasonable rate.

Your vacation house is located in a private residential living area in Minglanilla in Vizkaya Zen Residences. Safe and secured with 24 hours guard on duty. It is just 5 minutes or less away from the wet market where you can buy fresh seafood, fruits and vegetables and supermarket such as Robinsons, Prince Warehouse Club, Gaisano. Belmont One/ Anjo World Theme Park where snow world, amusement rides, coffee shop, restaurants, 7-11 store, Robinsons supermarket. Restaurants such as House of Lechon, AA BBq, Jollibee, Mc Donald are 5- 10 minutes away. There is a small store inside the subdivision that sells basic goods just 50 meters away from the house. SM Seaside Mall is 20 minutes drive away.
Aside from visiting your family and friends in Cebu, this house is also ideal if you would like to explore the jewels of the South of Cebu such as Whale Shark Watching, Diving /Snorkelling and swimming at the beach in Moalboal, Waterfalls, White Beaches and other adventures or just want to have a restful and relaxing vacation.

Happily married to a Belgian national and blessed with 2 wonderful children. Before moving to Cebu in 2016, our family was based in the Middle East (Bahrain and Saudi Arabia) for more than 10 years. We have traveled to different parts of the world and would like to show to our guests the same great hospitality and service we have had. Our residential house is just right next door of the Vacation House by the Sea and 5 minutes away from the Vacation House in Zen Residences.
