PLEASE READ the description of the room and rules before making a reservation. King sized bed with memory foam mattress for 2 adults, 3rd floor, stairs only. Coffee machine, small fridge, linens, soap, shampoo, towels, blankets are provided. Private Bath hot water shower. Room is non-smoking. Window panes do not open for your protection room has A/C. We always check linens, appliances, surfaces moments before you check in. We have 4 Suites like this one, they are assigned randomly.

This space is a private room within a 23 room Guesthouse surrounded by many tress and foliage that welcome the Ocean breeze and eternal summer nights. It has a private door and bathroom. Staff does not go into the room at any time unless you need housekeeping which needs to be arranged and has an extra cost. This space is accessible only through stairs. We have a small pool in a common area for everyone to enjoy which has cold water during the day and hot water during the night. We have free open parking spaces on site. We are a pet friendly place you may see dogs and cats walking around the area. We cannot add extra beds to the room. Free Wi-Fi inside room.

Our check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11:30am. If you have an early flight and need to check in earlier than 3pm you must book the night before.

We highly recommend you have a car to move around to enjoy its many beach areas, restaurants, water sports, and activities. There is a beautiful beach area, local night life and some restaurants about 2 minutes walking distance going up and down hills. There are around 50 restaurants and many beach areas less than 10 minutes driving.

Hi! I'm a local of Rincon, born and raised in P.R. and lucky to call this town my home. I grew up right in front of the "Tres Palmas Marine Reserve" I've been in love with the Ocean my whole life. Around here there's so much to do from enjoying different styles of cuisine, to water sports, to incredible night life, to just sitting in the sand in a lazy afternoon under the shade of a palm tree.
