Wifi, DVDs, Netflix. Close to L&M hospital (five-minutes), beach, shopping, restaurants, entertainment. Near Subbase, Electric Boat, Pfizer, Coast Guard Academy, and CT College. For visiting medical personnel, Backas Hospital 30- minutes, Yale Medical a 45-minute drive. Discounted weekly/monthly rates.
