This newly remodeled, light-filled home is located on “The Point” on Eagle Lake. Perched on a hill overlooking the lake you can take in the vast views from every window in the house! Our lake is known for its great fishing (summer and winter). Now that it is winter, bring your ice skates and enjoy some hockey! We're only 5o minutes from the Twin Cities so it won't take long before you are relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunset from your deck & sipping your favorite beverage!

Bedroom#1: Queen bed which faces the lake
Bedroom #2: Queen bed, and a set of bunk beds with views of the lake
Living Room: Brand new double size sleeper sofa facing the lake
Towels, blankets, beach towels, and other supplies will be provided according to number of guests registered for the stay. Kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. Olive oil, cooking spray, and salt and pepper are provided. We also have a wide range of board games and puzzles for those rainy/snowy days. High chair/booster chair and porta crib available by request. WiFi enabled Blue Ray/DVD player and Free Wi-Fi.
Hockey sticks & nets, badminton, yard yahtzee & farkle, ladder golf, and bean bag toss games for some outdoor fun!
The lake and dock are located down a few steps on a fairly steep hill. There you will find a shallow, sandy place to swim, fish, or relax on the provided floats and tubes. Paddle boat, two kayaks, and 8 adult life jackets are all included.

The main part of the house is available. There is no access to the garage or basement unless there is a weather emergency. Occasionally we will need to enter the garage and basement -it is a completely separate entrance as to not bother you. In the summer we will occasionally need to come onto the property to water the plants and grass.

The home is located on a quiet residential street on a dead end road. The Sandbar is only a paddle away! The boat launch is close by and you are welcome to anchor your boat to our dock. Our lake does not have a marina for boat rental, but there are boat rentals close by in Maple Lake or St. Cloud.

We are Kim & Bill DeVries, your hosts. We love lake life and have been connected to many lakes throughout our lives. Originally from Cable Wisconsin, we met on Lake Tahkodah and spent time on Namekagon and Lake Owen. We moved to Minnesota in 1987, and spent many years going back up to northern Wisconsin with our two boys to enjoy the lakes. In 2011 we bought our cabin here on Big Eagle Lake (the drive to Cable is getting long)! We spent many weekends remodeling, and relaxing at our cabin. In July of 2019 we sold our house in Andover and made "the cabin" our home. We couldn't be happier...but we not only love the lake, we also love to remodel and decorate! So, In October of 2019 we purchased the house across the street, and with a lot of love and hard work we now have our beautiful Sunset Ridge!
