This is a quiet comfy apartment which is part of a family home. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED. This apartment has a separate entrance and parking space. The home is located in the country and has horses and lots of wildlife. Although in the country, the home is only 15-minutes away from Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral. You are welcome to walk around the property and enjoy the birds, bees, and other critters.

Free Cruise parking. One night stay and get up to 3 days free parking for one vehicle. After that only $5 a day to park. Stay the night prior and the night following a cruise and get one week free parking and only $5 a day after seven days. Your vehicle will be parked in a secure location. Shuttle services are available to transport you to and from the ship.

Our property is close enough to Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station to get the shake-rattle-and roll during launches from either one . But we are still in a part of Merritt Island that is considered country. KSC is open to visit every day except Christmas and is 15-minutes north of us. And 15-minutes south and across the Banana River is Port Canaveral and the cruise ships ... amazing.
Orlando International Airport is an hour away as is Disney World and Universal Studio. Tampa with Bush Gardens and Weeki Wachee is approximately two hours away straight across the state. Key West is due south around 300-miles from here.
In addition to cruise ships, there are deep sea fishing boats available for hire and lots of wonderful restaurants located at Port Canaveral. Have a meal and wave at the passengers on the cruise ships as they pass by headed to the Atlantic Ocean. South of the Port is Cocoa Beach and miles and miles of sun, sand, surf, and some marvelous restaurants and of course the world famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop which is open 24-hours per day.
