The lounge, which overlooks the garden, has comfortable settees and a Harman-Kardon music system linked to speakers by the pool. A large new LG satellite TV is internet connected for streaming. French doors open onto a terrace with its bamboo chairs and comfy cushions for maximum relaxation. The terrace leads onto your own large pool in a landscaped area with a glorious lawn. The garden and pool area is almost totally secluded with an ample covered shaded area. For the cooler winter months indoors you have full central heating and a cosy fireplace.
All bedrooms have original wood floors, with Hereke Turkish carpets; all rooms have air-conditioning and ceiling-mounted fans. Each bedroom offers a glorious view of the ‘Five-fingers mountain’ and two have a large balcony with a sea view in the distance. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and an Ottoman style bay-window / divan suitable for lounging or sleeping for an adult or can be turned into a double baby / child cot with a detachable front guard. Rooms are decorated with such high quality original paintings from all over the world that you may think you are living in an art gallery! All windows and french windows are equipped with mesh fly screens.
Villa Papaya has a large fitted kitchen with a table to seat up to 10 guests. In addition to usual white furniture, the kitchen is equipped with a water-cooler and microwave. For more formal dining there’s an 8-seat table in the living area. Outside, by the barbecue, is a marble table for six.
A powerful electric generator assures electricity even in power cuts. Free fast Wi-Fi internet is provided throughout the villa. Linen and towels are also provided. The maid will clean and prepare the beds for your arrival; daily maid service and a welcome pack is provided on request.
Villa Papaya also has many safety features such as fire extinguisher, fire blanket and smoke detectors. For child safety, we have railings around the swimming pool and can install safety gates for stairs upon demand years, with 5-star

You have a choice of flying to Ercan airport (North Cyprus) with a transfer time of 25 minutes. Alternatively, for a wider choice of airlines, fly to Larnaca (South Cyprus) with a transfer time of 90 minutes. Airport transfers and car hire can be arranged at cost.
Location:
While the villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, you are only five minutes drive from the centre of Bellapais, a beautiful mountain village with unique shops and restaurants. Five minutes drive in the other direction takes you to supermarkets, bank cash points and the town center.
Kyrenia has a busy nightlife offering different cuisines, bars, clubs and casinos, all set against its stunning unspoilt Venetian harbour. The lively harbour cafe area, the historic centre of Kyrenia, is just 10 minutes drive. In the harbour you can book a round the island trip on Gumbet-style wooden boats.
The main turtle sanctuary of Alagadi is 15 minutes drive. ın 20 minutes drive is the amazing Korinium Golf course. Further afield is the Karpas peninsula nature reserve with its spectacular scenery. Whether you like a well catered beach with sun loungers, water sports and a great restaurant or somewhere sandy but deserted, Villa Papaya serves as a fine centre point. There are also many historical places to visit while the capital Nicosia is 30 minutes drive away.

Only 1.5 km from Bellapais monestry in Bellapais village. Closer are many bars and restaurants like Uncle Sams. Very quite and peaceful neighbourhood.
