Very comfortable 3 bedroom, 1 bath home that sleeps up to 7. All bedroom lamps are equipped with USB ports. Newly remodeled kitchen with new gas range, dishwasher, counters, backsplash, sink & faucet. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, utensils, and dishes. The kitchen also offers USB ports on the power outlets. A coffee & tea bar, with a new Keurig, is located in the kitchen. The bathroom has been remodeled with new vanity, sink, shower, toilet, and faucets.
This home is PET FREE. Absolutely NO exceptions.
The Kottage is on a well & septic system so our guests need to respect our water consumption rules. Only registered guests of the Kottage are allowed to use the shower & washing machine. We request the use of the washing machine be kept to a minimum due to septic tank limitations.
Also included with this listing is a fire pit with wood, a propane grill, and adequate parking for boats & vehicles.
Free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, games & puzzles can be found within the home. A large selection of DVDs can be provided upon request.
And for those who don’t want to cook, Cindy can provide homemade meals for an additional fee.
We purchased the home in late September 2019, and improvements to the inside and out are progressing. A new roof was installed in October 2019. In early June 2020 a new cement patio was completed. This winter work on remodeling the laundry room & spare room in the basement will begin.

Please be aware that our property has a well and septic system. The Kottage is NOT on a city water and sewer system!
We request that our “registered guests” take short showers and minimal use of the washing machine so the septic tank doesn’t overflow. We allow you to have friends and family over for small gatherings, but that does not mean they can use the shower or washing machine.
We’ve recently had personal property at the Kottage damaged and then was disposed of without our notification. If you damage furniture, walls, appliances, etc. please let us know as soon as possible so we can make repairs and decide whether the item should be disposed of.

Hello from Tim and Cindy Ryan. We have lived in Keystone since 1995 and purchased the small home next to us in late September 2019. The home was our neighbor's, a wonderful lady we knew as Nina. We have been updating the property ever since and named it the Keystone Kottage. Cindy recently retired from 37 years in the banking industry. Tim is the Keith County Superintendent of Roads.
