Charming and peaceful villa for four people in the countryside of Polignano a Mare, in Apulia with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

This villa accomodation in Puglia is an authentic icon of the Apulian style. Torre San Martino has been fully redefined -on the basis of the quality standards- and has been furnished in an elegant and stylish way. The villa is situated at 5 km far from Polignano’s beaches and 9 km far from of the fascinating trulli Town of Alberobello.
On the windows surrounding the Villa, it is possible to contemplate the beauty of the Apulian nature: the green coloring of our olive trees and blue sky are principal figures of a painting.
The outdoor area welcomes a patio equipped with sun chairs and outdoor dining table, guaranteeing shadowing during heat waves throughout hot summer days. Moving on we find an outdoor cooking area with BBQ, equipped with working table, allowing guests to dine in the open air, during lunches and dinners.
Torre San Martino is composed by: a kitchen situated in main part of the villa complete with cooking equipment, contain hob, fridge/freezer and oven; spacious and fully furnished living and dining area with sofa bed; two bathrooms with large walk-in shower, wash basin, bidet and wc, complete with hairdryer; a first large matrimonial bedroom with wardrobe; a second bedroom with another matrimonial bed.
Torre San Martino is perfect for families with small children whom want to take advantage of the privacy of the Villa as well as enjoy moments of peace and quiet all together surrounded by the rich Apulian vegetation, or to spend a relaxing holiday or a romantic honeymoon in the wonderful region of Puglia at any time of the year, close to the charming towns of Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Polignano a Mare and Ostuni.

Stacked like a cubist visions top its rocky promontory, Polignano a Mare is the supermodel of the coastal scene. It is beautifully preserved, its chalk-white house shining in the sun, its cobbled streets worn smooth throught the centuries. It was originally built by Greeks and it retains its Greek look and flavour. You can snap the perfect picture from the Ponte Lama Monachile, across the peacock-blue waters of Polignano’s tiny cove, the Cala Porto. Then duck throught the Arco Marchesale into the old town. Immediately on your left you’ll find the Palazzo Pino Pascali, which houses contemporary exhibits in the Museo d’Arte Contemporanea. It is dedicated to Bari-born artist Pino Pascali, who died at the age of 32.
