Relax and unwind in this cozy, newly remodeled home in the heart of downtown Lenexa. Perfect location for work and play, just down the street from Oak Park Mall, plenty of restaurants, and the main highways (1-35 and 435). Fully equipped with everything to make you feel right at home including a full kitchen, living room with a 50” TV, dining room, bathroom with a brand new wall shower, laundry room with a washer and dryer. Brand new deck with plenty of space, quiet neighborhood.

This private guest unit can sleep up to 2 guests comfortably. If you are traveling with other guests we have one spare couches available within the living room space.
The modern and cozy cottage also includes:
-50” TV with Roku streaming services already set up for your enjoyment.
-oven and stove fully functioning for cooking needs.
-Full-sized refrigerator with freezer for storage.
-Toiletries and hygiene products you may have forgotten to pack included.
-Coffee machine, ground coffee, instant coffee packets, snacks for your convenience.
No pets, including service animals, are permitted.

-31 minutes (32 miles) from the Kansas City international airport.
-11 minutes (8 miles) from the Overland Park Convention Center.
-15 mins (14 miles) from downtown Kansas City, MO.
We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and are completely open to your feedback on how we can improve in hosting your time within our unit.

Check in time is 3 PM or later. Access to the unit is through the coded lockbox outside of the door (code provided by host on check in day). Checkout time is 11 AM.
The bathroom is fully stocked with clean towels, basic toiletries, lotion, shampoo and body wash. If you have forgotten something crucial there is a grocery store called Hyvee and CVS a quick four minute drive away.
