La Petite Maison is a beautiful two-bedroom house located in Lapa. This lovely house makes you feel like you are in a beach house surrounded by nature in the heart of the city. You can pick oranges or lemon from the garden and make yourself good juices.

The decoration is unique and has a bohemian look to it. It features an equipped kitchen, garden, two bathrooms, internet, cable tv. The garden offers two verandas with tables for you to enjoy eating outside. The second bedroom has its own entrance directly to the garden and has an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen offers a dining area and a beautiful rustic kitchen with all appliances available.
PLEASE NOTE - the second bedroom is located separatly from the house and has its own entrance in the garden. You have 5 stairs to go down the garden and access the bedroom.

Check-in time is from 15:00 until 20:00.
A late check-in is available, subject to a surcharge: €20 if it occurs after 20:00 and €40 if it occurs after 23:00 until 8:00.
Early check-ins before 08:00 are subject to a surcharge of €40 and are always upon availability.
Late and Early check-in fees are paid in cash on arrival.
At the check-in we will ask for your identification document. Short term rentals are required to report guest's information to Borders Service (SEF) - it is called the Accommodation Bulletin. Your host is required to report your presence to the Portuguese Immigration and SEF within 3 week days of your arrival.
