This fantasic apartment is located right at the gateway to Zion National Park, super spacious with ample parking space for travelers with large trucks and trailers or a nice little spot to get as close as you can to Zion at half the rate for its location. a large picture widow in the living room compliments views of Pine Valley mountain and has more room than usual for people traveling together to spread out and relax.

Located in a rural area this apartment was previously used by a large construction company with large offices and employee lounge area.
It has been renovated into a very comfortable and spacious apartment with fantastic views, fire pit and tons of parking.
There is a shop in the back that is used only on occasion by the owner

Dear guests,
there are 2 doors that lead to the shop area from the kitchen and hallway however these doors are locked from both sides and not accessible to guests unless laundry use is requested.
There was a guest review stating they would have liked a lock from the inside which was immediatly added for guests comfort.
also we have commited to the airbnb standard for cleaning and sterilization of our property and have always incorporated these standards.

Please note that there are exterior locks on all doors. We do have laundry facilities in the shop that can be accessed from this apartment and If requested we will allow access to guests needing laundry facilities as a courtsy.
