Prime location on a quiet street, your own centrally located home is only a short stroll from trendy Bridge Rd. and Swan St. Richmond, with all their restaurants/cafes/bars/shops etc. Walking distance to the City Centre, Chapel St, MCG, Tennis Centre, Hisense Arena, Olympic Park Sports Precinct and the Yarra River, this apartment offers guests a premier location for any visit to Melbourne. Conveniently located to public transport this home is ideally situated to explore Melbourne.

This one bedroom apartment is decorated in a modern and contemporary style. The comfortable, spacious living area is free flowing and cozy and opens up to a delightful patio, perfect for morning coffee or afternoon drinks. The adjoining kitchen is modern, light-filled, and fitted out with everything you might need for preparing meals at home - including gas stove top, an oven, a full sized fridge, and a dishwasher.
The bedroom has a queen bed and built in robes which open up to another smaller size patio.
The TV comes with Apple TV so guests can access whatever streaming platforms they may have.
The bathroom has a shower and there is a laundry area with washing machine.
All linen and towels provided. Some basic necessities are provided and those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.
TRANSPORT: The best and easiest way to access the property from the Airport is via Uber. Usually this takes 45min depending on traffic and costs approx. $50AUD total. Alternatively you can take the shuttle bus from Melbourne Airport to Southern Cross Train Station ($18). Then walk about 1 minute to the 48 tram (Victoria Harbour Docklands to North Balwyn) at Southern Cross Station/Collins St. Take this tram and get off at Church St/Bridge Rd ($4). The apartment is about a 2 minute walk away. (1.10hr trip). Google maps has full transport route and time details for travel in Melbourne.
PARKING - There is one off street car space that comes with the apartment.
COOLING/HEATING - There is air conditioning and heating in the apartment.

The neighbourhood is wonderfully eclectic and the people are so warm and friendly. Everything is literally at your doorstep and you won't ever need to wander too far to find what you're looking for.
