Welcome to Studio on Burgess - a stylishly appointed, comfortable one bedroom studio with lounge area, small kitchenette and main bathroom. The studio enjoys its own private deck and garden area to relax as well as off street parking, with separate access from a main house, so you can come and go as you please.
Ideally located with many of the towns attractions only minutes walk away including the town centre and its many eateries and shops, Bicheno blow hole and picturesque Rice Pebble Beach.

The studio is well appointed with a queen bed, comfortable sofa and soft furnishings to help you relax during your stay. Take advantage of the kitchenette area which has all the essentials you will need including a microwave, bar fridge, toaster and kettle with tea and coffee provisions including small milk to get you started and a Nespresso machine with some pods. It also has cutlery and crockery if you wish to make your own breakfast or fix a quick snack during the day.
Relax in the light-filled small lounge area with access to a TV or on the outdoor deck, which has table and chairs for you to lap up the sun, reading one of the great selection of books available, or enjoy a cheese platter in the afternoon with a local bottle of wine.
The main bathroom, separate from the bedroom living area has a shower over a bath as well as a toilet.
We use a professional linen and cleaning service to ensure a comfortable stay with bathroom towels also provided.
The studio has a clothes line to hang up your beach towels or wet bathers from a day at one of the many beaches in and around Bicheno.

There is a single car space available on the left hand side of the house, immediately in front of the private gate access to the studio. Please drive as far forward as possible so you do not block access to the front of the house.
Keys to the house are kept in a lock box. You will be sent the location and code a few days before you are due to arrive. Please use the lock box when coming and going from the house, using your allocated code so the key remains in a safe place.
To access the studio, go through the gate and head left down a path until you reach the garden of the Studio.

The town, less than 500m away has many local shops and eateries that will cater to all tastes. Some of our favourites include a morning coffee with delicious choice of fresh pastries cooked daily from Little Bay Patisserie or an award-winning scallop pie from the Blue Edge Bakery, worth a trip on their own.
Whalers lookout offers a spectacular panoramic view of Bicheno town and the crystal clear and inviting waters of Waub’s Bay Beach –less than 10 minutes’ walk away. The famous Bicheno blowhole and exclusive and serene Rice Pebble Beach are tantalisingly nearby as is the picturesque gulch where you can watch the boats unload their fresh catch and grab a feed of fresh local seafood at the Lobster Shack.
