A brand new, cosy, warm, and tasteful two-story 50 m2 studio apartment, located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, yet close (driving) distance to both Riga Old Town and the Riga International Airport (please,check my other listings by clicking on my photo and scrolling down until you see “view all my listings”) .This house is very special for us, we have renovated and decorated it ourselves, and put a lot of love and effort into it. We are happy to host you!

The studio has free Wi-Fi and cable TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a gas stove. The upper floor has a double bed and a single reclining sofa. There's a reclining-two person sofa downstairs. A Green zone and barbecue are available during the summer.

Parking is available. Access to the territory by access code, so self-check-in possible, but we are happy to meet you here and show you around. The apartment has a security system.
Distance to the Riga city centre (Old Town) is 5 km - 10 minutes by car or taxi (5-7 euros), or 20 minutes by bus (5 min walk to the station) or train (7 min walk), 2 euros.
Distance to the Airport is 6 km, by car or taxi 10 minutes. We also offer an airport shuttle (for an additional fee).
