This is a one room unit with its own separate bathroom. And the entire backyard.. there is now a king size bed and we also have a twin cot if needed. The washer and dryer are free to use. There is a table that overlooks the beautiful backyard with two chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. The unit has a microwave, fridge, coffee maker (with coffee) a induction burner and a BBQ in the backyard.. We offer Two bicycles that you are free to use, the hot tub and pool are for your private use

Come relax in our backyard oasis after a long day enjoying the close amenities of beautiful Niagara Falls. This property is a few steps from the “we go” bus stop , located just off the beautiful River Road we are a few steps away from Souvenir City ..a short walk to whirlpool Aero car, the casino and Clifon Hill. All ammenities are a short walk or bus ride away *washer and dryer in unit and use of swimming pool, hot tub as well as propane fire pit, bbq. Fridge, microwave and induction cook top. We also have a foldable cot if you need room for a 3rd person.
