Studio 812 is a brand new, modern studio apartment located within walking distance to downtown Loveland’s shops, restaurants, and galleries. High end finishes, in-unit laundry, fully stocked kitchenette, and a private patio make this the perfect spot to stay for a weekend or longer.
COVID-19: Rest assured that I take your health seriously. The entire unit is aired out, cleaned and disinfected after each stay. All linens (including blankets & comforter) are washed with bleach after EVERY stay.

Keep in mind that Studio 812 is a true studio apartment - so the bed, living, and kitchen areas have no walls in between.
The bathroom is private with shower and bath combo.
Kitchen area has a Bosch induction cooktop, microwave oven, full sized refrigerator and dishwasher. There is not an oven.
Heat and air conditioning are controlled by a separate thermostat inside the unit.
There is a small private patio for your use.
There is absolutely NO smoking and NO pets allowed on the property!
