Tucked away behind a local business on Plenty Rd. in Reservoir, our house is only a 2-minute walk to the 86 tram stop. The location is perfect for students and people who work locally in the northern suburbs—by tram, it takes 8 minutes to LaTrobe University, 5 minutes to Summerhill Shopping Centre (including a Coles, Aldi, and Kmart), 20 mins to High Street in Northcote, and a trip to the CBD averages around 45 minutes.
Regent train station is a 20-minute walk away, and the 566 bus will take you to Northland in 7 minutes. Closer to home, within 5 minutes’ walking distance there’s a vibrant, newly expanded selection of bars, cafes, restaurants, with a pizza place, fish & chips, and BWS bottle shop right across the road.

All of the furnishings are brand new from Ikea and allow for plenty of storage and comfort with a modern style. the room has a large window, and ventilation system which provides plenty of natural light and fresh air. The house has been recently renovated and contains three toilets, a fully applianced kitchen with two refrigerators, and a laundry with washing machine.
You’ll have your own designated shelves in the pantry, fridge, and main bathroom for food and personal hygiene products. While we ask that all housemates are respectful, keep their rooms neat, and ensure the kitchen and bathroom are tidy after use, there are no house chores required.
I do a weekly clean, vacuum, and mop of the communal spaces, and provide all of the essentials, including toilet paper, cleaning products, dish soap, sponges, etc.
