Old fisherman's house in the center of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, the first town on the Costa Brava in the Empordà. A town known for the festival of Porta Ferrada, a festival full of concerts and shows that takes place every summer.-The house has a maximum capacity for 6 people, with three bedrooms and a bathroom There are two rooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. On the second floor there is a room with a double bed and a terrace. The bathroom is on the first floor and has a shower.
On the main floor, at the entrance, there is the living room with television with Netflix, HBO, Amazon Video and Wi-Fi connection. There is also the dining room with an indoor fireplace, and the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and hob, toaster, Italian coffee machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, juicer, pans and pots, and the washing machine.
From the kitchen you can access the patio with outdoor furniture to enjoy meals outside. And above all there is a terrace to be able to sunbathe. There is no air conditioning but there are portable fans and there is very good ventilation with the windows open at night.-To park, there is free parking in the area close to the house and a free parking 300 meters from the house . The house is 400 meters from the beach of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, and you can access walking along the Ronda Road to Sant Pol Beach which is the second beach in Sant Feliu, with the possibility of renting kayaks, and boats. In Sant Feliu there is a marina and a wide variety of Mediterranean and Catalan cuisine restaurants.
And to find leisure and night bars, in Platja d'Aro there is a wide variety, as well as in the commercial center of Sant Feliu.We inform you that before leaving you will need to pay the touristic tax. This tax is 1€ per person and night, you pay maximum 7 nights and children under 16 years old don't pay. Please leave the money inside the apartment!
