After having dedicated 15 years of my life in tourist rentals and real estate, I chose Peru as a destination to start my first rental project for tourist apartments, as the owner of the condominium. I must emphasize that in this property I spent the best years of my childhood, when this 5 story building was a large house, it was my grandmother's house where we met with the whole family and spent long summers very funny and that still remain as a good memories. Now that is the beginning of this personal journey and I take advantage to know each one of the needs from the time it arrives until it leave with direct and familiar treatment, it enriches me once again with each new experience Im happy to welcome to stay with us.
