More so, my place is secured, accessible and uncrowded, and is conveniently located in Pasig City, lined up with wide array of restaurants, groceries and shops nearby.

The unit is about 20sqm in size with air condition and 35mbps WiFi. It's located conveniently on the ground floor of the condominium building.
A sofa and a full-sized bed are placed side-by-side facing the wide-screen television with Netflix and installed with SkyCable.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an induction cooker, a microwave oven, a rice cooker, an electric kettle, cooking pans, and dining utensils.
It has a spacious toilet and bath with a provision of a towel, and toiletries. Shower heater and bidet are also installed at the bathroom for added convenience.
In addition, I usually provide 2 pieces of bottled water, dishwashing liquid and a sponge, a ballpen and pads.

Guests can use the pool, gym and the basketball court just beside the condominium building.

For bookings over 14 days, you can pay 50% downpayment via the 'Pay less up front' feature of the Airbnb app.
To avail, select the desired dates first, then review and comment on the rules. When you reach Step 4 or the page 'Review and pay', click the word 'Change', beside 'Pay in full', to select 'Pay less up front'.

I'm a professor in a university in Manila. Sometimes I couldn't meet the guest during their check-in and check-out. With that, I usually send someone to accommodate the guests, or sometimes the keys are sent via Grab or Lalamove.
