Charming 1 bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of a two-story Queenslander built almost 80 years ago. The apartment has its own entrance and is self contained. We are located in a walking distance to the beautiful Yorkeys Knob Beach. Swimming pool & lovely garden, aircon, comfortable new QS bed, free WiFi, self check in. Please note it's an old place in the tropics so there is lots of geckos inside keeping the bugs down. NO SMOKING inside or outside, please!

Free 1 car parking in the carport (fits a small car). You are welcome to use the swimming pool and the beautiful garden where you can relax, do Yoga and meditate (Yoga mat is provided). The pool hours from 7am till 10pm, please.

CHECK-IN time is from 2PM.
CHECK-OUT time is STRICTLY by 11AM.
1. This property is SMOKE-FREE. No smoking inside and outside. If you are a smoker, please book somewhere else.
2. No scaling of fish catch.
3. No glasses around the pool (please, use plastic cups provided).
4. No parties. Please, keep your noise down after 11pm.
5. No dogs and other pets.
6. Ensure total guests’ number matches that on your booking.
7. No durian inside, please.
