It's new guest house affordable price with nice atmosphere not that busy area but it's so closed to everywhere our place near by restaurants and shopping centre and only 2 minutes to the beach, near Lavafela and Mirrors Kudeta Potato Head if you like night life and Body Work spa if you like to get massage or spa , Mexicola ,Rumours and a lots nice restaurant to hang out :)

There is sharing kitchen that you can use anytime u want. The swimming pools will be share to others guest . This building have 17 units but only 3 rooms that we rent it daily.
So you can inform us which room that you prefer first floor or second floor .
Please be wise using the electricity
When you out please turn off the light and air conditioner
House rules:
*The Bali Government has recently published a warning! Electricity is in short supply. To prevent black outs we must all turn off lights and air conditioner when not in the villa
The staff has been instructed to turn off all electricity, that is on while you are out.
Please help the environment and keep the power on for when it is needed.
$10USD will be charged for each time it’s left on when you are not at the villa. A photo will be taken by the staff and reported to me. I will in turn send it to you.
Please take this seriously it is a serious problem.
Save money, save electricity, save environment and have fun .
For the shower the hot water capacity only 15 litres so while you applied your soap or shampoo please shut it down the water or put it on cooler sign so the hot water not running out faster .
