Welcome to Brae Pool House. A beautiful, modern and cosy self-contained studio high in the Bellbrae hills with sweeping views of the Spring Creek Valley and the twinkle of Torquay lights at night.
Experience magnificent sunrise and sunsets. Cool off in the pool, take a hot soak in the outdoor claw-foot bath or cosy-up with the wood heater.
Close to wineries, Bells Beach and the Great Ocean Road.
I have a two night min however enquire for one night bookings as sometimes I can make it work.

Studio:
The Pool House is a studio, a lovely open space including the king bed, with a kitchenette nook and a separate bathroom.
Natural Light:
The Pool House has abundant natural light and a sense of spaciousness with glass doors that fold away to bring the outdoors in, however is still very private. I don't have curtains on the view to the valley so provide eye masks for those who might be sensitive to the sunrise.
King Size Bed:
The studio has a king size Koala bed and base - very stylish, spacious and comfy. I use a combination of vintage cotton and linen on the bed.
Kitchenette:
The Pool House is a studio so does not have a full kitchen. It does have a convection oven that can be used as a conventional oven or microwave, a double electric portable hotplate, a coffee pod machine and a Baby Weber bbq.
Refrigerator:
The refrigerator is bar size with a small freezer box. Let me know if you need more cool storage as I have additional refrigerator space in the Pool House storeroom.
Clothes Washing:
The Pool House does not have laundry facilities. Talk to us if you need to do a wash.

The outdoor bath and pool are all yours during your stay. You are also welcome to use the fire bowl on the front lawn.
Privacy:
The Pool House is forward from the main house looking towards Torquay and the ocean therefore quite private. we do not use the front garden while we have guests other than by arrangement i.e. to mow the lawn.

I can provide a breakfast pack $35 for two including sour dough bread, butter and condiments, cereals, milk, fruit, yoghurt, coffee and tea. Enough for two mornings depending on your appetite! Please request 48 hours prior however sometimes I can arrange with shorter notice.
I prefer two or more night stays however please enquire if you are looking for one night because sometimes this suits. One night stays have a $70 cleaning fee.
