This accommodation is not same type hotel as general hotels which is many people will use, so you can stay at our accommodation without any worries.
professional cleaning company clean the accommodation. All staff wear masks properly when they enter accommodation. They do alcohol disinfection for Electric key (or key), switches where guest often touch carefully, also linen is cleaned properly by doing alcohol disinfection.

Max capacity is 14 guests.
Construction finished on December 2019! New 2 story house with Outdoor Hot spring.
🚌5mins away from Beppu Kitahama Bus terminal,🚉6 mins away rom Beppu Sta. East exit.
My house contain both Japanese style rooms and western style rooms. You can enjoy both of these styles !
You don't have to go out for taking hot spring because I have Hot spring in my house!
You can take hot spring any time you want :)

2nd floor：Japanese style room, Western style room、 toilet, Washroom.
【About preperation for bedding】
＊Number of bedding is depends on how many people will stay at my house.
＊I will prepare 1 pillow and 1 quilt each person.
＊Futon mattress and bed are double size.
※Up to 8 people~14 people: 2 people sleep on 1 bedding.
・Up to 4 people：2 double size Futon on the 2nd floor at Japanese style room and 2 double size beds on the 2nd floor at western style room.
・Up to 5 people：2 double size Futon on the 2nd floor at Japanese style room and 2 double size beds on the 2nd floor at western style room, and 1 double size futon on the 1st floor at living room.
・Up to 6 people：2 double size Futon on the 2nd floor at Japanese style room and 2 double size beds on the 2nd floor at western style room, and 2 double size futon on the 1st floor at living room.
・Up to 7 people: 2 double size Futon on the 2nd floor at Japanese style room and 2 double size beds on the 2nd floor at western style room, and 3 double size futon on the 1st floor at living room.

【Cleaning】
・Professional cleaning company will clean my house before Check-in and after Check-out.
・I won't clean the house while your stay.
・ If you need cleaning while staying, you need to pay extra charge, so please inform me by 15:00 the day before
【About towels】
・I will prepare 1 face towel and 1 body towel per person
・Please wash these towels by Laundry machine.
【About Linen】
・I will prepare Futon cover, quilt cover and pillow cover.
・I won't change the these covers while your stay.
【The children under 7 years old are free】
・I won't prepare towels, amenities for the age under 7 years old, so please prepare your self.
＊If you want me to prepare these, Please add your kids as adult.
＊You can't watch NHK TV program.

This is very convenient to go to famous attraction, also transportation is very convenient.
There are famous attraction called Umitamago(Aqualium) and You can meet up with monkeys at Takasakiyama Natural Zoo. Also there is amusement park called Rakutenchi.
There are many good restaurant and Shopping mall called Tokiwa department store and Yume Town.
