Amazing Views For Two!
At 3650' better views on east coast? See Blue Ridge Mountains, Rockfish Valley, Eagles Swoop (look down on ski slopes, hawks, etc). Fabulous sunrise/sunset. 4 rooms: Bedroom-queen bed/wifi tv; Middle room-sofa, dining table/chairs; Efficiency kitchen-small frig, microwave, 2 burner stove (no oven), sink; Bathroom-shower only. 55 steps to the apt from parking. Low support beam in bathroom between vanity & shower at 5'5". Visit breweries/wineries

The lower level is "Bearway to Heaven" an entirely separate apartment on the lower level.
"Above the Clouds" is the main floor and has a living room, dining room with wet bar, full kitchen, bedroom with king bed, and bathroom with shower. It is also listed on AirBnb.
There are no internal connecting stairs between the units nor do they share a forced air heating and cooling system.
It is for 2 people (no children and no pets).
Both units have wifi and streaming tv including YouTubeTV, Brit Box, Netflix, and Roku.
This apartment is available for long term lease at reduced rate. (great summer location near top of Wintergreen and at 3650 feet air conditioning is rarely needed, although available when needed).
The apartment has a porch with 2 rocking chairs and a table with 2 chairs for outside dining.
In case of snow, Wintergreen does a very good job of keeping the roads clear (unless it is an unexpected snow), and we can call a snow removal company to plow the parking lot and perhaps shovel the steps. However, this property might have to wait its turn among several other Wintergreen properties. We will also have bags of ice melt on site and snow shovels (although owners might not be on site to do this).

Devils Knob golf course (members only), Devils Knob Grill, Devine Wine Shop just down the road (walkable). Devils Backbone Brewery, Bold Rock Cidery, Wild Wolf Brewery and much more within 15 minutes.
Over 50 miles of hiking trails within resort. Old Appalachian Trail leads to new Appalachian Trail. For the serious hiker try The Priest, the most rapid ascent (3000 feet and rated difficult, 10.3 mile loop) on the entire AT. And a short drive away is Crabtree Falls, the tallest cascading waterfalls on the east coast. Hike to the top, a moderate to strenuous 2.5 mile loop. Five major waterfalls and several small ones extending over 1200 feet. Spy Rock is not far away. Three Ridges is a 13.3 mile loop trail (difficult). Humpback Rocks is another popular trail. Much more hiking in the area.
