This bedroom has a queen size bed, a small dresser and plenty of closet space, and has a nice sunset view. The upstairs bathroom is shared with other guests, the main level is shared with my pups and I.
There is a gym on site, and a hot tub.

You'll be located just off of Route 151, a couple minutes from Devil's Backbone, Bold Rock, Wild Wolf, and many other breweries, distilleries, and vineyards.
At my house you're just moments away from Wintergreen Ski Resort, the Rockfish Valley Nature Center is nearby and there are miles upon miles of fabulous hiking trails thought the area.
The town of Nellysford has a number of restaurants, a small grocery store, a post office, a bank, and an automotive shop.
It's a quaint little town in the country, come stay a while!

A 3 person hot tub is on the back deck, along with a gas powered fire pit. The gym is in the small outbuilding between the main house and the garage.
Parking is outside, anywhere in the driveway.

The area has about 4 other neighbors, pretty spread out and keep to themselves mostly. They're all retired or getting there and prefer their privacy.
Please be respectful, and mindful not to make loud noises and music after the sun sets.

I live here, with my two young puppies, your space is upstairs and we will be downstairs. The pups aren't allowed upstairs, and the only furniture they're allowed up on is the old brown wooden sofa in the sun room.
We like to get out and go for hikes, you're welcome to join us and if you have well behaved dogs they are welcome as well.
