Brand new private apartment on five acres with private keyless entrance. All furnishings, full bath, and cabinets are new. Our community has 30 five acre home-sights with paved roads. Very quiet and peaceful with great mountain views. There is plenty of parking. This area is great for leisurely walks. The closest neighbor is hundreds of yards away.

The apartment has a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and hot pad and toaster oven. There is a custom private bathroom with a shower and all the necessary amenities. Likewise, wifi is available as well as a TV that has access to Netflix.

Tom and JoAnn have two shelties, Pepper & Cayenne. The dogs will only be in the main house and occasionally outside. Please be careful when you arrive in case they are outside, they are not afraid of cars.

Downtown Rathdrum is a short drive away and has many great restaurants. There is also a grocery store, veterinary clinic, urgent care, banks, and pretty much anything you would need close by. Several ski resorts are within a short drive. During the summer, Silverwood Theme park is a great place to spend the day and is only a convenient drive away. Hayden Lake, Twin Lakes, Coeur d' Alene Lake, and a few others are also within driving distance. Downtown Coeur D' Alene is also nearby and makes for a great day trip.

Married with three adult kids. We love to travel and see all the world has to offer. We prefer to stay in BNBs rather than hotels. You get a much better flavor of the country and city by staying in private homes. We are very clean and neat and usually use the homes as a base and spend the day site seeing. We have been to Europe over five times and plan on more trips. We also love welcoming folks to Idaho and hosting them here.
