My home is only minutes to the beautiful Gulf shores with world famous sugar white sand and crystal clear waters.
Easy drive to Tampa (about 30 min), St. Petersburg (15 min) and Clearwater (10 min) .
My home is located on a quiet street within a well groomed, safe community.
I look forward to sharing my home with travelers from all walks of life. ALL are welcome regardless of your believes, orientation, skin color, age or nationality!

The room you are renting is part of the main house, however, it is 100% private. You have your own private entrance to a mini suite with private bathroom but NO access to the main house or backyard. The room shares 1 wall with the main house to my kitchen. Heavy theater curtains and other soundproofing devices are in place to ensure everyone's privacy. The ensuite bathroom to your bedroom is yours alone. You will find fresh towels, shower gels & shampoo, lotions and other goodies at your disposal.
You will be renting a sparkling clean bedroom, outfitted with a brand new, firm queen size mattress with soft pillow top, 100% quality cotton sheets & fluffy pillows. There is also a small desk and chair to accommodate your laptop. Tile floors so no worries about beach sand on your feet. Additionally you will find a Keurig Coffeemaker, a gourmet variety of coffees and teas as well as some sweet and savory snacks . A small refrigerator is also included for your convenience stocked with water and cold sodas for you to enjoy. However, there is NO microwave or other opportunity to cook/ reheat food.
The Roku TV has Sling, Netflix , Hulu and Amazon Prime Video preinstalled and ready to watch.
My home has a 1 car garage which is yours to use exclusively. The entrance to your room is right from the garage.
Please note that my washer and dryer are located in the garage also. While I will not enter your room during your stay, I may have to use the washer and might run into you while doing so in the garage.
