You'll have access to the entire apartment (Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room, Panoramic Balcony, Bedroom, Walk-In Closet, Laundry and Bathroom) + Shared Condo Amenities (Lobby, Elevators, Fitness Center, Pool Deck (currently undergoing maintenance), Hot Tub, Sauna, Lounge/Media & Entertainment Room, Resting Areas, Parking Garage)
Please make sure that you've registered all adults 18+ to your Airbnb Reservation as this is mandatory by Opera Tower Management. We'll make sure these guests are registered with Front Desk to guarantee a smooth check-in process and access to all building amenities. Un-registered guests won't be able to enter the building.
Reservations come with 1 FREE assigned & secured parking space. If you need additional parking, Opera Tower offers Valet Parking for around $20. There's also a city parking lot next to Opera Tower for $15 a day.
Opera Tower has surveillance cameras for your security, only in shared/common areas.

I provide the guest with a complimentary hotel size bottle of shampoo and conditioner with soap and essentials like coffee cream and sugar.
I recommend for the guest that might require more or a different brand, to bring your shampoo/conditioner or there are a fully-stocked convenience store on-premises.
Our calendar for the next few months has been filling in quite fast. Be sure to send us a message if you have any other questions or concerns, otherwise, we should guarantee your stay ASAP!
