The apartment is situated in beautiful countryside, surrounded by orange groves and olive trees, approximately half way between Paphos and Polis. Although conveniently located just off the B7, the property is quiet and secluded. With a private entrance, the one large room (26 sq m) contains a king-sized bed, sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed) and plenty of drawer space. The large, luxurious, en-suite bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower, as well as a separate walk-in shower.

The apartment is the top floor of our house but only accessible by its own private entrance (up a short flight of steps). We cannot get to your flat through our house and vice versa. This guarantees you complete privacy whilst enjoying the benefits of having us on hand. The apartment is very spacious (26 sq m), light and airy. The swimming pool and BBQ area are yours for the duration of your stay. You won't share these with us, or anyone else. The main bed is king-sized and the sofa can also convert to a sturdy, comfortable double bed, suitable for two adults. The apartment contains a fridge, kettle, and a toaster and/or microwave can be provided. We supply crockery and cutlery etc as required. It is sufficient to make your own breakfasts and snacks but you will probably want to eat out for your main meal (we have an excellent choice of tavernas and restaurants locally, three within walking distance - as long as you are happy to walk uphill!). Alternatively, please feel free to use our bbq area. We can also provide meals, on request. Free wifi is included in the booking price. A washing machine and dryer are located in a small outhouse. Feel free to use these, just check with us first. There is an iron and ironing board in the apartment. With both air-conditioning and central heating, the apartment makes a great base for a couple, young family, or small group of friends, in any season. Spring and Autumn are usually still very warm and great times of year to visit. Help yourself to the various fruit trees growing in our garden! Even in winter the temperature is usually between 14 and 18 degrees and most sunny days you see someone still swimming in the sea! Alternatively, not many people realise that Cyprus has its own ski resort in Troodos, only one hour and 40 minutes' drive away!

We are situated down a quiet track just outside the village of Giolou, with three tavernas in (uphill) walking distance. Polis is 15 minutes' drive away, with the usual amenities you'd expect to find in a small town. Latchi is 20 minutes' drive away. Here you can enjoy wonderful seafood restaurants with views of the marina and distant mountains. We are within easy driving distance of the unspoilt areas of the Akamas peninsula and Paphos Forest. Paphos itself is half an hour drive away with various tourist attractions and world-class archaeological sites. Minthis Hills golf club is a 20 minute drive away and there are decent tennis courts half an hour away in Coral Bay. On the other hand, we are within a ten minute drive from both an excellent, award-winning, local winery and a real ale and craft ale brewery! For pampering, we are five minutes from Ayii Anargyri spa.
