This rustic luxury treehouse is nestled away 17 feet high in the treetops. Eagles nest will accommodate up to 4 guests. Thrill your inner child staying in a treehouse, but with all the luxury you expect as an adult!
This beautiful 900 sq ft treehouse is furnished in a rustic luxury style and has all the luxurious amenities you want with the fun of a treehouse! Stairs are necessary to enter the treehouse. Check in is after 4pm. Check out is 11am.

***We sanitize the cabins and change the hot tub water before and after every guest***
Walk right onto the 1st screened porch where you'll find a 4 person hot tub. Then into the treehouse, you'll find a kitchenette, washer/dryer, wifi, in house surround sound, gas fireplace, King bed (upstairs) and two fold-out memory foam twin beds (convertible to a King) downstairs. There is a half bath downstairs and a full bath with a tiled shower upstairs. You can also enjoy the upstairs screened-in porch sitting area right off the bedroom.
There is 280 ft of open deck and a lower patio area with a gas grill and picnic table for an additional 160 sq ft. You can also relax outside on the deck in the hanging rope chairs, or under the treehouse by the lower patio area in the swinging play forts (weight limit 250 pounds). So much fun to be had and so much relaxing to do!
Your payment constitutes your agreement to our rental contract, so you do not need to sign and return it to us. Rates are based on DOUBLE OCCUPANCY and do not include tax, processing, additional guest fees or insurance fees.
ADDITIONAL ADULTS ARE $25 PER NIGHT PER ADULT, ONE CHILD FREE PER PAYING ADULT (IF you have children instant quote will include in the price, please contact us before instant booking so we can correct the cost.)
Minimum stay 2 nights, 3 night minimum for Holiday dates. Other discounts may be available, please contact us for more information.
We do require payment in full at the time of booking unless other arrangements are agreed to at the time of booking.
Non-refundable Pet fee $75 per pet, 2 pet max.
Unfortunately, VRBO/HomeAway does not collect Local Lodging tax in our jurisdiction. As of July 1, 2019, they will collect state and local tax, but we will still need to collect the county lodging 5% tax. Please be aware that once the initial reservation is marked as paid, you will receive a separate request for payment for Page County Lodging Tax (5.0%). After this is paid your check-in instructions will be provided.

Please also note that if you plan to bring our fur family member(s) we have 2 pet max, and there will be an $82.73 ($75 plus tax) non-refundable, per pet fee for the entire trip. Note that this is not a per night fee. This charge will be billed to you through the Airbnb resolution center. Please contact the manager with any questions or concerns.
