Stunning spacious light filled first floor of a Punta Hermosa beach house (two blocks away from the Playa Caballeros, home of world class waves, excellent culinary experiences, and a long beautiful pier to enjoy) that includes two entrances, open space floor plan with furnished and fully equipped living, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a working space (office). Our home is perfect for families, friends, surfers and travelers who want to work and relax.

The first floor of the house is a paradise for relaxation, meditation with a private work space to focus on work if needed. There's a mix of interior design elements throughout the house, based on the collection of the owner's travels around the world and a focus to highlight fine handmade Peruvian furniture and art pieces. There's outdoor seating to enjoy in the back entrance of the house and also a common terrace (shared by tenants on the rest of the floors) upstairs that you are free to use, including a BBQ grill. You'll be able to enjoy seeing the beach and sunset from the terrace, the sunsets in Punta Hermosa are some of the most beautiful ones you'll ever see!

If needed, we can switch out one of the beds for a bunk bed and I have a cradle that you can borrow during your stay if you are bringing one of your kiddos with you!
