The house is located in the prestigious quiet center in the heart of Riga's Art Nouveau area, advantageous for exploring the city. It takes
only 10 min by foot through parks and beautiful streets, rich with Art Nouveau buildings to Riga Old Town, Opera house, Riga Yacht Port on riverside and many other nice Riga characteristic sights.
Small restaurants and cozy cafes serving delicious cakes are located nearby.
Apartment
130 m2 apartment in general consists of 3 rooms. Spacious living room (72 m2!) and 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
The apartment is suitable for 4 persons, but can guest up to 6 persons. There is comfortable double bed in main bedroom and pull-out sofa in the living room. Other comfortable double bed is located in separate bedroom.
The fully equipped kitchen is not separated from living room to enjoy your time together when preparing your own meal. And there is a large wooden dinning table in the room with a French style balcony. And we have a roof terrace with a panoramic view as well!
The master bathroom is equipped with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and two sinks. The other bathroom has shower, toilet and sink.
For guests convenience, fresh bed linen and towels are provided as well as bathing cosmetics and tea, coffee etc. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, hair-dryer, iron. Due to large windows, the apartment is always full of light. The apartment is air-conditioned.
There is the WIFI in the apartment. There is a SMART television with youtube for listening your favourite music and satellite box with which you can watch many TV channels.
Please be aware that the apartment is located on the FIFTH FLOOR and there is NO ELEVATOR in the building!
The flat is located in a typical Riga old & charming building on the last floor which explains the brightness of the place. However, this huge advantage is due to one inconvenience: you will have to climb 5 floors as there is no elevator. I found it more fair to let you know :)
