We are offering our guests a spacious loft, 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. It is the upper part of our family house and has a sepparate entrance, a bathroom, two single and one double bed. Perfect for a family or good friends.
There is no kitchen. If you need to use the kitchen there is one downstairs that could be used eventually.

The loft is a single, big room (appoximately 50 qm) with a separate bathroom. In the room are two single and one double bed.
The garden can be used if nobody is downstairs but is not included in the renting.

This is a family friendly house. It is located 5 minute walk from the beach or the village centre. It is a green oasis surrounded by a fence of plants, with a garden, a lot of green trees, a big terrace, place for a BBQ and space to relax.
We are renting out only the upper part separately and may be also be on the property while you are there in the downstairs part of the house and in the garden. If you talk to us in advance you can use the garden and eventually also the kitchen but it is not directly included in the booking.

We don’t accept strangers on the property and no parties.
You should be informed that the entrances to the garden are video surveilled.

Hi, I'm Oliver, I'm 26 years old, living and working in Berlin. I am not the night time person, although sometime I like spending the nights out. But most, I like spending my time outdoors swimming, biking or hiking. I love parks and don't really like areas with a lot of cars. People who come to stay at my place should feel like at home.
