Retreat to this sprawling Lake Travis villa for the ultimate indulgent getaway!
As you walk through the front door you’re greeted by a spacious open living area with large windows that offer plenty of natural light and spectacular lake views. To the left you’ll find a gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless-steel appliances and ample granite counter space. Whip up a snack to be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or gather for a memorable meal at the 10-person dining table. When you’re ready to relax, curl up on one of the two plush couches to read a good book or watch your favorite film on the flat screen TV!
To access the outdoor amenities, walk through the french doors out to the expansive patio. Take in the view as you sip your morning coffee or fire up the BBQ grill for a delicious at-home dinner! The front courtyard also offers comfortable outdoor seating as well as a small koi pond.
This villa offers six separate suites with accommodations for up to 21 guests. Bedroom One, just off of the living/dining area, is fitted with a King bed and a large, ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Upstairs, Bedroom Two offers a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Bedroom Three next door is also fitted with a Queen bed as well as a Twin in the loft space. Bedroom Four, across the hall, is equipped with Full bunk beds, a Full trundle bed, and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom Five is equipped with two Twin XL beds. A full bathroom with walk-in shower separates Bedrooms Four and Five. Finally, Bedroom Six (off of the kitchen) is a large suite fitted with a Queen bed, Full bunk beds, an ensuite bathroom, and a flat screen TV.

GuestSpaces is a full-service vacation rental management company with locations all around the Austin area. GuestSpaces was founded after unsuccessfully finding a vacation rental company capable of adequately managing our personal home. We found commission rates to be inflated & service to be sub-par. In many cases our home was never inspected by the management companies. As we successfully managed our own homes, word started to spread, and soon our friends and theirs were hiring us to manage their vacation rentals. And so our business began!
