Apartment Caracas 1
Caracas 1 is a delightful 2-bedroom apartment located in a new complex in central Albufeira. Ideal for a family or a few friends, this property is near all essential amenities and is the perfect setting for an invigorating sunny getaway.
Accommodating 4+2 people, this superb apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, one en-suite with a bath and overhead shower and another with a shower. The spacious living/dining room has a comfortable sofa and TV (with international channels), a table and chairs and leads onto an inviting balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for a meal or for relaxing in the sunshine. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and is located on the first floor with lift access.
The inviting swimming pool is in a sunny outdoor communal space with plenty of room to sunbathe.
An exterior private parking space is also available.
With such a central location, all amenities are within a short walk of the apartment including a selection of excellent restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, and the nearest beach (Praia dos Alemães) is only a 12-minute walk away.
Car hire is not necessary, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).
The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

The 5th and 6th persons pay extra and sleep on an extra bed (Folding-Bed/sofa-bed - €22 each, per night).
We provide extras that will fulfill your rental requirements:
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €25 / Medium €35 / Large €45 / Extra Large €55
All the extras must be paid by credit card only.
You will receive a secure link created in our financial gateway. There is a mandatory booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9%, to be added to the cost.
Please ask for Taxi transfer from Faro airport to your accommodation/ Please ask for Car Hire. We can help you!
Minimum/multiples 7 night stay, however this may be flexible in low season.
Changeover day is on Thursday, however this may be flexible in low season.
Check-In from 4pm, Check-Out until 10am.
