The studio offers a super comfortable queen size bed, soft pillows, and hotel-style sheets to guarantee you a good night's rest. The unit also comes ready with a full kitchen equipped with cooking and dining utensils to meet all your culinary needs.

Featured inside the condo are furnishing such as: modern engineered stone countertops on the kitchen; Scandinavian minimalist furnishing; cool air-conditioning; modern seating in the ocean view balcony; bright but soft mellow lighting; a contemporary open closet and console for all your belongings.
For your entertainment, our safely guarded complex has a pool and a barbecue space to pass the time. If being outdoors is not your idea of fun, relax at the studio surfing the web on our free wifi or watch Netflix on our 43-inch flat-screen TV.
A set of bath towels, two toothbrushes, one soap bar, and a roll of toilet paper are provided with the room. Staff members of StayModern will be readily available to help make your stay more comfortable.

-Upon your arrival, guests need to provide a copy of passport or any government-issued ID for building security requirement.
-Standard check-out time is 11:00AM. Early or late check out must be pre-arranged as this depends on availability and may involve extra fees.
-If you bring more than 1 guest with you, it will be 500 Philippine peso per person. But please note that our accommodations are designed to house 2 people. It would most likely be cramped with 3 or more people. Also we do not provide extra mattress. We would recommend booking an extra room for optimum comfort.
-This is your home away from home, treat it exactly as you would your own. Please maintain a place clean during your stay. Daily housekeeping is not included in the quoted rental rate. If you require a mid-stay housekeeping for an additional fee, please let us know.
