This Signature Villa by Almali Luxury Residences is located in a very peaceful dead-end street just 30 yards from the Beach Road to the world famous Nai Harn beach with white sand and crystal clear water (2 mins. drive) and offers the perfect privacy and serenity of a dream tropical home while just a couple footsteps from the Nai Harn town with its scores of excellent restaurants, fruit shops, convenient stores, massage places, and all facilities for an unforgettable tropical holiday.

Every area of the villa has been decorated in a unique luxurious style.
While the interior wood flooring offers a sophisticated and warm ambiance, the elegant and stylish decor of this villa, traditional and contemporary, is composed of both modern and traditional design made of antiques, high-end handicraft furniture, tribal art, hand woven tapestries and carpets, paintings by local artists, and sculptures from a great selection of different Asian artists for a vibrant atmosphere.
This villa is comprised of two bedrooms with a super-king size bed in each, three bathrooms with tropical outdoor showers, a spacious living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, not to mention sliding glass doors opening from the living room and bedrooms leading to your very own private pool with a cascade and lounging chairs on a sun deck surrounded by a tropical garden for a truly tranquil getaway.

•Complementary cleaning service once every 3 days.
•Complementary replacement of bathroom and pool towels once every 3 days.
•Complementary replacement of bottled drinking water once every 3 days.
•Complementary replacement of bed sheets once per week.
( Additional room cleaning / change of towels / change of bed sheets may be arranged upon request. Please see with residence manager. )
• Please note: Electricity is NOT included in price of stay.
It is charged separately at the rate of 5.2 Baht per Kilowatt.
You will be invited to check the electric meter upon arrival and departure.
This policy is to ensure the best rates to our guests who are concerned about saving electricity and our planet; as it wouldn't be fair for guests who are concerned about saving electricity and our planet to have to pay higher fixed rates to cover for others who use electricity excessively.
•Please note that we do not live on site and nobody stands by permanently.
So in order to arrange your personal welcome, please let us know in advance your time of arrival at our residence.
Letting us know your arrival time in advance would save you from having to contact us upon your arrival and possibly having to wait up to 30 minutes for us to arrive in order to coordinate the check-in procedure.
•Please no smoking inside the Villa; smoking is welcome on the porch / in the garden area of the villa.
As a welcome pack: coffee, tea, water bottles, and local fruit basket.
4 complimentary bicycles are provided for guests.
