Waez Lodge@TimurBay Residence nestles on the panoramic view of Balok Beach, Kuantan. With seafront and pool view, it's a perfect beach getaway for small group of family and friends. Located in Sg Karang neighborhood where guests can enjoy local delicacies such as nasi dagang, keropok lekor and mee calong.
Imagine waking up to the scenic sunrise and greeted by the sound of ocean waves from your bed! Experience a cozy home with host's personal touch, complemented by resort themed amenities.

Waez Lodge is a spacious 917 sqft-fully furnished apartment, the biggest type in the building with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living & dining area and kitchen (separate section). It can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The lodge's private balcony offers a spectacular sunrise view of South Chinese Sea. It has direct access to the beach, literally 2-3 minutes of walking.
Among the amenities provided:
. 2 queen sized beds + 2 extra single beds (floor mattress)
. Air-conditioners in bedrooms & living area
• Kitchen with Cuckoo drinking water filter, tea & coffee supply, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge.
• 2 bathrooms with basic toiletries
. Fresh towels
• Washing machine with dryer
• Iron & Hairdryer
. Desk/work station suitable for study and work with laptop
. Internet Wi-Fi & Smart TVs
. Two designated sheltered car park lots
. Resort-themed facilities such as swimming pools (including infinity pool and wading pool), gym, jacuzzi, BBQ area, tennis & badminton court, billiard room and others.
Varieties of local food eateries are available in the neighbourhood. Food Panda & Grab Food delivery is just a click away.
A few convenience stores nearby.
Short drive (15 minutes) to Kuantan city centre.

This lodge is also our weekend home and we do stay here occasionally to enjoy a beach side lifestyle, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Every detail of this house is prepared with personal needs in mind. It's our great pleasure to host you as our guests so you could feel at home too!
