My unit is 24sqm with mini balcony as drying area. It's also the end unit near the fire exit. You can open the fire exit for natural ventilation and open the curtains for natural lights.

Please note that it's a newly turned over Condominium and most of the units are still not occupied which I find very peaceful. Some units maybe going some renovation you may hear drilling or working noice during the day. Rest assured that it's very quite in the night and you will have a peaceful sleep.
