Recently renovated the entire inside. Smallest bedroom accommodates 1.
Shared kitchen and bath that stays clean. There's a super friendly cat on premise so no other pets are allowed. He doesn't respond well to pets despite he is one. Smoking is allowed outdoors on property. No visitors.

Sorry but due to The Coronavirus... we are not hosting people who work in airports & hospitals or frequently visit them! No visitors during covid.
Beautiful renovated home in the heart of Queens Village on quiet residential wide main street. 5 min walk to restaurants, stores, pharmacies, busses, churches. Both airports JFK & LaGuardia are a 15 minute ride away with easy bus & train coordination. Busses go to bus terminal which is a 15 minute bus ride to trains & a 10 minute drive to J,Z,Q,F,E trains
Your room door sign says 'Los Angeles' & is located upstairs.
Friendly, helpful & considerste Industry daughter & dad own this home. There's a well loved indoor cat named Sphynx. He's friendly, doesn't smell up our well kept house or shed excessively. However, if you fear cats & have mean habits towards them don't book here... such behavior won't be tolerated. Do not let him out or you will be fined.
Plenty of street parking on our beautiful wide & open tree lined street.
The home is in the heart of queens village which is not that big so please Google the Walgreens in Queens Village to your destinations to find out transportation routes to see if this home is right for you before booking because I'm too busy to grant that accommodation.
On another note there is a full time house/ property manager whom is my father. All guests get a key unless you are here only overnight. Please do not just show up here unannounced & outside the door as if people don't have a life and errands without physically calling him a few hours in advance when checking in so he has time to be there for YOU! If it's a same day booking contact the host Mr. Pruitt direct because the person you're communicating with is not who will be there most likely. He has a 100% track rate & no bad reviews so chances are he's going to be right. He is quiet & laid back.
It's rare that we absolutely do not have mice & will not tolerate anyone eating in bedrooms or you will be fined for sneaking in food which is my pet peeve. I did $30,000 worth of construction & got a cat to prevent rodents. Do not eat upstairs period.... That is why I designed the main floor for all your entertainment & eating needs. No food in trash cans upstairs either & we will be fine. I am terrified of mice & if I find you violating that you will be asked to leave.
I am not comfortable with small children or pets booking in this house because I have a cat & although he's great... I can't predict his reaction. I also have expensive furniture & we don't want to be liable.

Also, this is not a handicapped accessible home. I do not have any ramps & wheelchair accessible bathrooms. I have 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor that all guests use. The home has a few stairs to enter street level main floor. Inside the home is staircase to bedrooms and there is no place to ride a wheelchair or install a staircase lift. Please do not sneak in or book this listing because we are in compliance with the law and will honor that before all else.
