Own private room & bathroom in my quiet, spacious home, with a queen bed, good natural light & a block out blind. A BIR with a full length mirror, bedside table with drawers, lamp, printer/photocopier/scanner, coloring in essentials for children, a notebook, pen, fan & heater.
There's another queen mattress (extra $10) for the floor in the same room.
If there's anything else you need, please don't hesitate to ask & I'll try accommodate your requests.

Quiet, clean, spacious modern house with easy going Aussie who's knowledgeable of the area. Fresh fruit & veggie patches, 2 cats, 2 chooks with fresh eggs daily & minilop rabbits (often baby ones too) which guests can interact with, otherwise they're kept away. None enter the guest's private areas.

Your own bathroom & shared kitchen (all appliances, cookware, cutlery / crockery etc, a small area in the fridge / freezer), loungeroom (including TV, NETFLIX & game consoles), outdoor areas (bbq, outdoor setting / lounge chairs, trampoline, netball ring) & laundry. Washing machine is $5 per load, which includes washing powder, basket, pegs & access to our clothesline for drying.

FREE wifi & Netflix.
Sometimes there's an opportunity to interact with baby bunnies (when breeding them). 2 chooks provide fresh eggs every day! 2 cats which laze around the loungeroom, but not anywhere else or in the guest bedroom. The house is extremely clean. They're often asleep on their bed anyway!
The pets are very quiet & kept away from guests, unless you'd like to interact with them.
The common areas has AC & it reaches to the bedrooms if your door is left open, otherwise you have a fan in your room.
Weekly & monthly stays may be an option, pending my availability.
***Please ensure no guests have any Covid-19 symptoms or come from Covid-19 affected areas in Australia to avoid refusal of entry with no refund.

Beautiful, quiet area with parks, forrest, beach & shopping centre close-by. 1.1km to the local shopping centre & fast food outlets. 3.4km to Dalyellup Beach.3.7km to Bunbury Hospital & 8km to the CBD.

Easy going Aussie who loves travelling, playing sport, socialising & being active on the Jetski, dirt bike, beach, 4wheel driving, road bike & anything adrenaline!
住宿期間
Some evenings I'm home & other times you'll have the house to yourself until bedtime!
Weekdays - check in after 4pm. Check out usually by 8am as I have work commitments & require time to prepare the room for future guests. Other times may be considered on a day by day basis.
Weekends & school holidays- check in / out may flexible, pending my availability.
