Located less than 10 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg, our six private cottages (which are on the same property, located next to each other) offer a romantic setting for couples looking to get away. Your escape begins as you pass through our vineyard on your way to the B&B. The landscape, oak trees and open courtyard are strung with lights, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. After your time in town, our property is the perfect location to relax and rejuvenate.

Our property also includes an indoor eating area, indoor sitting area with a fireplace that is surrounded by some of the most classic books to enjoy during your stay, board games, a covered outdoor eating area, bocce ball court, horse shoes, corn hole set, fire pit, seating area under the trees, and a pathway that leads to a secluded cigar smoking area.
Our property also has the potential to host small to medium size weddings and other events in which the entire property can be rented/reserved, decorations, tents/canopy's can be set up, and the full size commercial style kitchen can be utilized by caterers.
The natural scenery also presents breathtaking views for photographs. The view includes open wildflower strewn acreage, a natural riverbed that flows through the west side of the property, and numerous beautiful oak trees.

Guests are free to access almost any exterior area of the property, and can even have a tour of the vineyard upon request. There is a pedestrian gate that leads to a creek that runs through the property and visitors may explore at their leisure. The indoor dining and living spaces are open to guests.

For our fellow Tesla and electric vehicle owners, we have two Tesla Charging stations in the parking lot that are available to the public on a first come, first served basis!

Craig and Cassondra Fovel are married and have had the vision of opening a bed and breakfast (which is now a dream come true) in partnership with the family vineyard that was established in 2012. Craig is recently retired from a career, first as a Senior Manager at FedEx, followed by a second career in public safety. Cassondra is still employed in public safety and looks forward to being more involved in the business in the future. Having a "servants heart" by nature, both Craig and Cassondra look forward to creating the best vacation experience for anyone looking to retreat in the Fredericksburg, Texas area. Our goal is to be a top of the line bed and breakfast and create a customer base of repeat visitors who feel like family during their stay and will refer us to all their family and friends. We believe we have a unique property that is close enough to "Main St Fredericksburg" to enjoy all the attractions in town, while also being just far enough away to relax and enjoy time away from the, "hustle and bustle."
