Beautiful loft/condo- with open ductwork and high ceilings, wood floors and brand new carpet in the bedroom. First floor unit- this loft is super unique in that it has it's own entrance to the sidewalk outside, plus an interior entrance to the secure elevator/garage and the pool entrance. It feels like it's own townhome with no neighbors! WALKING DISTANCE to everything in Old Town Scottsdale.
Uber high-speed wifi, and two giant screen TVs with Direct TV, Netflix, etc.

The Amenities in this building are awesome- the pool, hot tub, and grill are steps away from my unit. Secure garage space plus sidewalk parking right in front of the door. Super convenient!
