Treetop Retreat is nestled under Grandfather Mountain, just 3.5 miles from Linn Cove Viaduct. ((you will need AWD or 4WD for the driveway if we have snow)) Guests have the entire apartment which is attached to our home; with private entrance and parking. Treetop Retreat is furnished with a new queen gel mattress and a full sleeper sofa ideal for an individual or a couple. The kitchenette space is unique as it’s tucked away in a closet space! This versatile space would also work for a family, we offer an air mattress and a pack n play for your convenience. Cozy quilts, blankets, pillows and abundant natural lighting offer a wonderful setting to relax and get away. Books, board games, DVDs, an Apple TV, (you can sign in with your own ID) and roku for staying in; while the Profile trail, Otter Falls, and Grandfather Mountain are just moments away.

Guests have use of the entire apartment and full bath. In the kitchenette you'll find: French press, electric kettle, keurig, induction burner with pots and pans, full sink, cutting boards & knives, cooking utensils, salt&pepper, toaster oven, microwave, mini fridge, plates, utensils, glassware, coffee mugs, wine glasses, & wine tool.
Private entrance and parking.
***Limit of 2 cars.

You will pass through Grandfather Campground to reach our private driveway. Be mindful of the posted 10 MPH speed limit. Children, cyclists & dogs are in that area.
****In Winter**** in inclement weather, you will need AWD/ 4WD drive for our road. Parking is available below the property, at Grandfather Campground.
