In an unbeatable location, this homely and spacious apartment is the best base for all guests looking to enjoy the amazing sights, sounds and tastes of KL.
The home is professionally prepared with all the necessities, including:
• Queen bedroom
• Bathroom with bathtub and shower
• TV
• Full kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils)
• Dining table
• Washing machine/Dryer
• Iron/Board
• Air Conditioning
• Towels, linens and toiletries

Guests have access to the entire flat and apartment facilities, including: pool, jacuzzi, children playground, gym, sauna room, launderette and cafe (all located on the 4th floor)
其他注意事項
• Our check in time is strictly between 3.00PM - 8.00PM. A late check in fees of RM120 will be applied for check ins later than 8.00PM.
• Late check out fee applies, please ask us.
• A replacement fee of RM200 will be charged for missing keys/access cards.
• Please take your shoes off before entering the house.
• An excess cleaning fee will be charged necessarily (cigarette smell, stubborn stains etc).
• Extra cleaning and linen services available upon request - please ask us.
• Do your part to conserve energy by switching off lights and air-conditioning when not in use. Save the environment!
• For stays longer than 28 days, a utility fee of of RM0.50/kwh will be charged for usage of electricity.
