This is a self contained, two story villa in a small forest at the clean,sandy
beach in San Pietro a Mare. The aboveground pool is for use of villa guests only. It is a 10 minute walk from the local town of Valledoria which has supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, post office, restaurants etc. It is a perfect place for family and friends to gather and have a great holiday . There are lots of water based sports available locally,also beautiful natural surroundings which are preserved from development.

The villa is in a small pine forest beside the beach of San Pietro A Mare. The nearest town is Valledoria which has all necessary amenities. Valledoria is located in the Gulf of Asinara between Santa Teresa Di Gallura and Porto Torres. It is also close to Castlesardo which is steeped in history. We are also close to the thermal baths in Santa Maria Coghinas with its spa. The river Coghinas is also close by and it it full of natural interest.
For those who enjoy sport and the great outdoors you can go kyaking on the river, sail up the river to spot the local wildlife, learn to sail, go horse riding and cycling. Charter a sailing boat and sail to the islands. The beach and lagoon are also very popular for surfing and windsurfing.
There are many vinyards locally. Many offer tasting tours and food.
For the young at heart there are two waterparks within easy driving distance.

The villa and garden are yours for the duration of your holiday. Three parking spaces are provided on the property. Please note that the crazy paving path may be uneven in places due to pressure from the tree roots underneath.
